| The Board of Directors of Agroliga Group PLC (“the Company") informs that on 11th April 2011 the Company signed an agreement with BESSARABIIA-V PP for the purchase of the oil refining equipment for the second line of oil refining factory. Equipment will be delivered and installed before 1st August 2011, to enter new season with a new capacity. The value of agreement is 200 000 euro. Provisions of the agreement does not differ from generally used in similar contracts. Purchase of the equipment is partial fulfillment of issue objectives indicated in the Information Document and in the opinion of the Board will have positive effect on financial results in 2011.
