| Zarząd Aforti Holding S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie (dalej „Spółka”, „Emitent”) informuje, że w dniu 03 kwietnia 2018 roku zgodnie z Warunkami Emisji, które stanowiły załącznik do Uchwały nr 02/29/03/2016 z dnia 29 marca 2016 r., dokonał wykupu 180 szt. Obligacji serii M6 celem ich umorzenia.<br /> Podstawa prawna: § 3 ust. 1 pkt 6) Załącznika Nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu „Informacje Bieżące i Okresowe przekazywane w Alternatywnym Systemie Obrotu na rynku NewConnect” ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Buy out of the M6 series bonds The Management Board of Aforti Holding SA based in Warsaw („the Company”, „the Issuer”) hereby announces, that on 3rd April 2018, in accordance with the Conditions of Issue which comprised an annex to Resolution of the Board no 02/29/03/2016 dated on 29th March 2016, it purchased 180 of the M6 series Bonds to redemption of them. Legal basis: Article 3, Paragraph 1, Point 6) of the Exhibit 3 „Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect market” to the Alternative Trading System Rules. |
