The Management Board of CARLSON INVESTMENTS SE with its registered office in Warsaw, Poland (hereinafter referred to as the Issuer, the Company) announces the schedule for the publication of periodic reports in 2024.
Periodic reports will be released to the public on the following dates:
- Quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2023 - February 14, 2024.
- Quarterly report for the first quarter of 2024 - May 15, 2024.
- Quarterly report for the second quarter of 2024 - August 14, 2024.
- Quarterly report for the third quarter of 2024 - November 14, 2024.
- Annual report for 2023 - May 31, 2024.
Any changes to the dates of periodic reports in 2024 will be announced in the form of a current report.

§ 6 section 14.1 of Appendix No. 3 to the Regulations of the Alternative Trading System "Current and periodic information provided in the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market

Any changes to the dates of periodic reports in 2024 will be announced in the form of a current report.
