| The Board of Directors of Sopharma AD (the “Company") announces that it has received notifications of disclosure of shareholdings under Art. 145 of POSA: Gramercy Select Master Fund, USA, Georgetown sold 8,587,285 shares, representing 6.51% of the capital of Sopharma, thereby closing its position in the capital of "Sopharma" AD, and Gramercy Emerging Markets Fund, USA, Georgetown sold 7,980,192 shares, representing 6.05% of the capital of Sopharma, thereby closing its position in the capital of "Sopharma" AD.
