| SOPHARMA AD (the “Company") hereby informs that from 19 December 2013 up to and including 8 January 2014 the Company bought 34 045 own shares representing 0.026% of the share capital of the Company, to the total value of 133 491.80 BGN on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange. The average price per share was 3.92 BGN. The shares have been bought on the basis of decision No. 7 of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders from 23 June 2010. The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 5 488 911, representing 4.16% of the share capital of the Company. | |||||||||||
