| Kierownictwo Wyższego Szczebla KULCZYK OIL VENTURES INC. ("Spółka, Emitent") informuje, iż w dniu 9 grudnia 2010 r. Zarząd Giełdy Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. podjął Uchwałę nr 1321/2010 o następującej treści: "§1 Zarząd Giełdy stwierdza, że zgodnie z §19 ust. 1 i 2 Regulaminu Giełdy do obrotu giełdowego na rynku podstawowym dopuszczonych jest do 750.000 (siedmiuset pięćdziesięciu tysięcy) akcji zwykłych spółki KULCZYK OIL VENTURES INC. §2 Na podstawie §38 ust. 1 i 3 Regulaminu Giełdy, Zarząd Giełdy postanawia wprowadzić od dnia 13 grudnia 2010 r. w trybie zwykłym do obrotu giełdowego na rynku podstawowym akcje spółki KULCZYK OIL VENTURES INC., o których mowa w §1, rejestrowane przez Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. pod kodem "CA5012401058". §3 Uchwała wchodzi w życie z dniem podjęcia." Podjęcie przez Zarząd Giełdy decyzji o wprowadzeniu wymienionych akcji do obrotu na tym samym rynku regulowanym, na który zostały wprowadzone inne akcje Emitenta oznaczone kodem CA5012401058, stanowi realizację warunku ich rejestracji w Krajowym Depozycie Papierów Wartościowych, o którym mowa w raporcie bieżącym nr 51/2010 z dnia 1 grudnia 2010 r. Title:Resolution of the Warsaw Stock Exchange concerning admission and introduction of KULCZYK OIL VENTURES INC. shares to exchange trading on the main market Legal basis:Article 56, section 1, item 2 Act on Public Offering – current and periodical information Content: The Senior Management of KULCZYK OIL VENTURES INC. (‘the Company’, ‘Issuer’) announces that, on 9 December 2010, the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A.) adopted a resolution No 1312/2010, as follows: ”Article 1Pursuant to Article 19 section 1 and 2 of the Regulations of the Warsaw Stock Exchange the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange states that up to 750,000 (seven hundred and fifty thousand) ordinary shares of the company KULCZYK OIL VENTURES INC. have been admitted to exchange trading on the main market. Article 2Acting on the basis of Article 38 section 1 and 3 of the Regulations of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange resolves to introduce as from December 13, 2010 in the regular course to exchange trading on the main market the shares (aforementioned in the Article 1) of the company KULCZYK OIL VENTURES INC, which are subject to registration by the National Depository for Securities under the code number CA5012401058. Article 3This resolution comes into effect on the day it is adopted.” Decision of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange to introduce the above mentioned shares to exchange trading on the same regulated market, to which other shares of the Issuer have been introduced under code number CA5012401058, constitutes fulfillment of condition of their registration by the National Depository for Securities. The condition was discussed in the current report No. 51/2010 of December 1, 2010.
