| Na podstawie Ustawy o ofercie publicznej i warunkach wprowadzania instrumentów finansowych do zorganizowanego systemu obrotu oraz o spółkach publicznych, Zarząd Spółki Reinhold Polska AB informuje o otrzymaniu wypowiedzenia zawartej w marcu 2010 r. z Union Investment Real Estate GmbH z siedzibą w Hamburgu umowy developerskiej i na zarządzanie nieruchomościami wchodzącymi w skład projektu “Kamienica Lipińskiego", położonych przy al. Jerozolimskich 61 i 63 w Warszawie. Zarząd Reinhold Polska AB obecnie podejmuje wszelkie kroki zmierzające do rozwiązania niniejszej sytuacji poprzez negocjacje z Union Investment Real Estate GmbH. Reinhold Polska AB stoi na stanowisku, że przez cały okres trwania umowy wywiązywała się ze swoich zobowiązań, postępując zawsze w dobrej wierze, z poszanowaniem prawa, jak i poszanowaniem interesów zarówno Union Investment Real Estate Gmbh oraz pozostałych stron związanych z realizacją umowy. Zarząd Reinhold Polska AB uważa, że wypowiedzenie umowy jest niezgodnie z warunkami umowy deweloperskiej. Jeśli strony nie dojdą do porozumienia wynik finansowy netto wynikający z umowy sprzedaży nieruchomości i z umowy deweloperskiej będzie mniejszy o około 3 mln. euro w stosunku do przewidywanego całkowitego zysku. | ||||||||||||

| Pursuant to the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies the management of Reinhold Polska AB hereby informs it has been provided with a notice of the termination of the agreement signed in March 2010 with Union Investment Real Estate GmbH for the development and leasing of office space in project “Kamienica Lipiński" situated in Warsaw, at al. Jerozolimskie 61, 63. The management of Reinhold Polska AB is undertaking all possible measures to resolve the current situation, and in particular to find a solution with Union Investment Real Estate GmbH through negotiations. Reinhold Polska AB upholds, that throughout the entire period of the agreement, it has fulfilled it’s obligations and has always acted in good faith for the benefit of the Lipiński project, in accordance to polish and international law, respecting Union Investments interests, and in consideration of the interests of all parties. Reinhold Polska AB maintains that the termination is at the same time contradictory to the provisions of the agreement. If no solution can be found, the net result for the sale of the property and the terminated agreement is estimated to be approximately 3 million Euros less then the anticipated total profit. | |||
