As an update on the previous
report #5 dated 31 May 2019 regarding further postponement of the audit
of the consolidated annual report of KSG Agro S.A. for 2018, the Board
of Directors of KSG Agro S.A. hereby informs that the audit is entering
its final stage and the publication of the audited consolidated annual
report for 2018 is expected in July 2019. As previously reported, the
Board of Directors of KSG Agro S.A. had recently appointed C-CLERC S.A.
as external, independent auditor for the financial year ended 31
December 2018. This recent appointment required additional time for the
auditors C-CLERC S.A. to work on the consolidated annual report. The
Unaudited consolidated financial statements of KSG Agro S.A. for 2018
were published on 29 April 2019 and included in report #4 | |||
