the Issuer Huuuge, Inc. (the Issuer) informs that on August 2nd, 2023, Mr. Yehoshua Gurtler, the Secretary of the Issuer resigned from the office of the Secretary of the Issuer, effective as of August 2nd,
2023. The function of the Secretary of the Issuer will be temporarily performed by Mr. Anton Gauffin,
