| Zarząd spółki CD PROJEKT S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie, przy ul. Jagiellońskiej 74 (dalej: "Spółka"), w nawiązaniu do informacji przekazanej w Raporcie Bieżącym nr 14/2019 z dnia 9 czerwca 2019 roku, niniejszym informuje, iż podjął decyzję o przesunięciu ustalonej daty premiery gry „Cyberpunk 2077” na dzień 17 września 2020 roku. Decyzja uzasadniona jest potrzebą zapewnienia dodatkowego czasu na prace związane z testowaniem gry, usunięciem usterek i nadaniem jej ostatecznego szlifu. Zgodnie z filozofią Spółki jakość produktów jest podstawowym czynnikiem wpływającym na ich sukces ekonomiczny. W ocenie Zarządu przesunięcie daty premiery pozostaje w interesie Spółki, mając bezpośredni wpływ na zapewnienie najwyższej jakości gry, a w konsekwencji wyniki sprzedaży Cyberpunk 2077 zarówno w krótkim, jak i w długim horyzoncie czasowym. | ||||||||||||

Current report No. 1/2020 Subject: Postponement of The Cyberpunk 2007 release Legal basis: Art. 17 of the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) In relation to Current Report no. 14/2019 of 9 June 2019 the Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A., headquartered in Warsaw, Jagiellońska 74, hereby announces that it had undertaken the decision to postpone the release of Cyberpunk 2077 until 17 September 2020. The decision is connected with additional time required by the studio to test, bugfix and polish the game. The studio believes that the quality of its games is the primary foundation on which the Group bases its economic success. The Board believes that moving the release date is in the Group’s best interest because it has a direct influence on the final quality of Cyberpunk 2077 and, in consequence, the game’s sales results — both long and short term.
