| Intercapital Property Development ADSIC, a company incorporated and conducting business in the Republic of Bulgaria, registered with the Commercial Registry by the Bulgarian Registration Agency under number EIK 131397743, having its seat and registered address in Sofia, 7a Aksakov Street, floor 4 (hereinafter referred to as "ICPD") informs the public of the following:<br /> On 14.09.2017, the Company received a disclosure notification for share participation of Mutual Fund Invest Active, UIC 175347998, managed by Management Company “Invest Fund Management” AD, pursuant to which the share participation of Mutual Fund Invest Active in the capital of the Company, respectively in the voting rights that it can exercise at the General meeting of the Company’s shareholders, has changed from 9.19% reported in the preceding notification to 12.42% as of 13.09.2017. On 14.09.2017, the Company received a disclosure notification for share participation of Mutual Fund Invest Classis, UIC 175347973, managed by Management Company “Invest Fund Management” AD, pursuant to which the share participation of Mutual Fund Invest Classic in the capital of the Company, respectively in the voting rights that it can exercise at the General meeting of the Company’s shareholders, has changed from 5.05% reported in the preceding notification to 8.56% as of 13.09.2017. Pursuant to the disclosure notifications for share participation dated 14.09.2017 submitted by Management Company “Invest Fund Management” AD, the total number of voting rights that Management Company “Invest Fund Management” AD may exercise at the General Meeting of the shareholders of Intercapital Property Development ADSIC as of 13.09.2017, amounts to 20.98%, which is a wholly indirect participation through Mutual Fund Invest Active and Mutual Fund Invest Classic.
