| With the present ICPD informs the public about the following: on 29.03.2012 an annex was signed between Intercapital Property Development ADSIC and IP Intercapital Markets AD to a contract dated 05.04.2005 pursuant to which the parties agree that the remuneration under Art.9 of the Contract shall be accrued and shall be due from 01.01.2015. The remuneration under Art.9 of the Contract is equal to 20% of the net revenues realized from sales of real estate property and the book value of that property as of the date of its acquisition.
