The invitation was updated pursuant to Art. 115, para 7 of the Law on the public offering of securities in connection with an offer declared in the Commercial Registry under Art. 223a of the Commercial Act in connection with Art. 118, para 2, item 4 of the Law on the public offering of securities from minority shareholders.
