| The Management Board of CARLSON INVESTMENTS SE with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter, the Issuer, the Company) provides a correction to the current report EBI No. 7/2023 dated March 6, 2023. The correction of the report results from the identification of a clerical error in the postal code in the indicated new address of the Issuer. <br /> The Issuer's correct current address is:<br /> Sienna 72 lok.6, 00-833 Warsaw Other data provided in the report remain unchanged. Contents of the report before correction: The Management Board of CARLSON INVESTMENTS SE with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the Issuer, the Company)) informs that today, i.e. March 6, 2023, it adopted a resolution on changing the Company's address from: Emilii Plater 49, 00-125 Warsaw to a new one: Sienna 72 lok.6, 00-831 Warsaw. The Company's new address is also its new mailing address. The Company's website address, e-mail address and telephone numbers have not changed. Content of the report as revised The Management Board of CARLSON INVESTMENTS SE with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the Issuer, the Company)) informs that today, i.e. March 6, 2023, it adopted a resolution on changing the Company's address from: Emilii Plater 49, 00-125 Warsaw to a new one: Sienna 72 lok.6, 00-833 Warsaw.
