| Zmiana terminu publikacji Raportu Rocznego za rok 2021<br /> Zarząd Spółki Aforti Holding S.A. („Spółka”, „Emitent”) informuje o dokonaniu zmiany terminu publikacji raportu rocznego Spółki za 2021 r. Zgodnie z raportem bieżącym EBI Spółki nr RB EBI 1/2022 z dnia 11 stycznia 2022 roku termin publikacji raportu rocznego Spółki za 2021 r. zadeklarowano na dzień 31 maja 2022 roku. Zarząd Spółki informuje, iż dokonuje zmiany terminu publikacji raportu rocznego Spółki za rok 2021 rok oraz wyznacza nowy termin publikacji raportu rocznego za rok 2021 na dzień 24 czerwca 2022 roku. Pozostałe terminy przekazywania raportów okresowych Spółki pozostają bez zmian. Konieczność zmiany terminu publikacji raportu rocznego Spółki za rok 2021 wynika z obszernej ilości danych do analizy a niezbędnych do przeprowadzenia audytu oraz przyjętej przez Spółkę organizacji pracy w postaci pracy hybrydowej wprowadzonej w trakcie trwania pandemii SARS-CoV-2 i wynikających z przedmiotowego powodu opóźnień dotyczących obiegu dokumentów. Emitent wskazuje, że nowy termin został ustalony uwzględniając treść komunikatu Zarządu GPW z dnia 21 kwietnia 2020 r. w sprawie terminów publikacji raportów okresowych, tj. nie później niż w ciągu dwóch miesięcy od maksymalnego terminu publikacji raportu rocznego określonego w Regulaminie ASO. Niniejszy Raport Bieżący został opublikowany na jeden dzień przed datą przekazania raportu okresowego wyznaczoną w raporcie bieżącym RB EBI 1/2022 z harmonogramem publikacji raportów okresowych w danym roku, z uwagi na fakt, że termin dwudniowy przypadał na dzień wolny od pracy tj. niedzielę 29 maja 2022 r. Podstawa prawna: § 6 ust. 14.2 Załącznika Nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu „Informacje Bieżące i Okresowe przekazywane w Alternatywnym Systemie Obrotu na rynku NewConnect”. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Change of the date of publication of the Annual Report for 2021 The Management Board of Aforti Holding S.A. ("Company", "Issuer") informs that the date of publication of the Company's annual report for 2021 has been changed. According to the current EBI report of the Company no. RB EBI 1/2022 of January 11, 2022, the date of publication of the Company's annual report for 2021 was declared for May 31, 2022. The Management Board of the Company announces that it changes the date of publication of the Company's annual report for 2021 and sets the new date of publication of the annual report for 2021 to June 24, 2022. The remaining dates of publication of the Company's periodic reports remain unchanged. The need to change the date of publication of the Company's annual report for 2021 results from the extensive amount of data for analysis necessary to conduct the audit and the organization of work adopted by the Company in the form of hybrid work introduced during the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic and delays in the circulation of documents resulting from this reason . The issuer indicates that the new date has been set taking into account the content of the WSE Management Board's announcement of April 21, 2020 on the dates of publication of periodic reports, i.e. no later than two months from the maximum date of publication of the annual report specified in the ATS Regulations.
