| Zarząd Santander Bank Polska S.A. niniejszym przekazuje do publicznej wiadomości decyzję ratingową Agencji Moody’s Investors Service. W dniu 3 czerwca 2019 roku Agencja Ratingowa Moody’s Investors Service zmieniła ratingi dla Santander Bank Polska S.A. Rating Long-term deposit ratings został podniesiony do A2 z A3 oraz rating long-term senior unsecured debt rating do A3 z Baa1. Rating baseline credit assessment (BCA) został podniesiony do baa2 z baa3, rating dostosowany BCA do baa1 z baa2, oraz rating long-term Counterparty Risk Assessment (CR Assessment) do A1(cr) zA2(cr), rating long-term Counterparty Risk Ratings (CRRs) do A1 z A2. Równocześnie , Moody's podniósł rating short-term deposit ratings do Prime-1 z Prime-2 I potwierdził rating Prime-1(cr) shortterm CR Assessment oraz Prime-1 short-term CRRs. 4-06-2019 Current report no. 17/2019 Re.: Moody’s Investors Service upgraded Santander Bank Polska S.A. ratings The Management Board of Santander Bank Polska S.A. hereby publishes the rating decision issued by Moody’s Investors Service Agency. On 3rd June 2019 Moody’s Investors Service upgraded Santander Bank Polska S.A.'s long-term deposit ratings to A2 from A3 and its long-term senior unsecured debt rating to A3 from Baa1. Concurrently, the bank's baseline credit assessment (BCA) was upgraded to baa2 from baa3, its Adjusted BCA to baa1 from baa2, its long-term Counterparty Risk Assessment (CR Assessment) to A1(cr) from A2(cr), its long-term Counterparty Risk Ratings (CRRs) to A1 from A2. At the same time, Moody's upgraded SBP's short-term deposit ratings to Prime-1 from Prime-2 and affirmed the bank's Prime-1(cr) shortterm CR Assessment and Prime-1 short-term CRRs. The outlook on the long-term deposit and senior unsecured debt ratings was changed to stable from positive. The full Moody’s publication for Polish banks is attached to this report.
