Spółka zaprezentuje również poster dotyczący skuteczności przedklinicznej RVU120 w leczeniu raka piersi podczas 44. edycji konferencji San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium (SABCS), która odbędzie się w dniach 7-10 grudnia 2021 r., w San Antonio (USA). Wstępne wyniki wskazujące na skuteczność RVU120, obejmują pełną odpowiedź (ang. complete response, CR) u pacjenta z AML, oraz odpowiedź erytroidalną (ang. erythroid response, ER) u pacjenta z HR-MDS, z nawrotową postacią choroby, uprzednio leczonych innymi terapiami. Ponadto zaprezentowane zostaną wyniki badań translacyjnych RVU120 wskazujące na potencjalny związek pomiędzy odpowiedzią kliniczną u pacjenta z AML, z mutacją w genie DNMT3A, na podstawie wyników z komórek pobranych od pacjentów (PDCs) z mutacją DNMT3A. Natomiast dodatkowe badania translacyjne wykazały związek pomiędzy kliniczną odpowiedzią erytroidalną u pacjenta z MDS z silnym potencjałem różnicowania erytroidalnego RVU120 w modelach przedklinicznych. Obecnie, w siedmiu ośrodkach klinicznych w Stanach Zjednoczonych oraz w Europie, prowadzona jest rekrutacja pacjentów w ramach kohorty 4, mająca na celu zebranie dodatkowych danych dotyczących bezpieczeństwa związku. A poster on the preclinical efficacy of RVU120 in breast cancer has also been accepted for presentation at the 44th Annual San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium (SABCS) to be held on December 7 – December 10, 2021, in San Antonio (USA). Ryvu’s partner Menarini Group will be presenting SEL24/MEN1703 data from the First-in-Human, Dose Escalation (DE) and Cohort Expansion (CE) CLI24-001 trial (DIAMOND-01, ClinicalTrials.gov identifier: NCT03008187). RVU120 has demonstrated an acceptable safety profile and early signs of efficacy in patients harboring DNMT3A mutations, including a Complete Response, in the first five dose cohorts. The preliminary signs of efficacy for RVU120 include a complete response (CR) in AML and an erythroid response (ER) in HR-MDS patients, relapsed after several lines of previous treatment. Translational research will be presented that potentially links the clinical response in an AML patient to DNMT3A-mutations via evidence in DNMT3A-mutated AML patient-derived cells (PDCs). Further translational research shows evidence that the clinical erythroid response in an MDS patient is potentially a result of strong erythroid differentiation potential of RVU120 in preclinical models. Enrollment is ongoing in cohort 4 at seven locations in the US and Europe to gather additional safety data in the study.
