| [English version below Polish] Zarząd Resbud SE z siedzibą w Tallinie informuje, że w dniu 7 września 2020 roku odbyło się w siedzibie spółki Zwyczajne Walne Zgromadzenie, zwołane w dniu 13 sierpnia 2020 roku. Informacja na temat zwołania Zwyczajnego Walnego Zgromadzenia została opublikowana na stronie internetowej emitenta oraz w raportach bieżących numer 24/2020 i 25/2020 z dnia 13 sierpnia 2020 roku. Podczas obrad Zwyczajnego Walnego Zgromadzenia odbytego w dniu 7 września 2020 roku zostały powzięte uchwały zgodnie z propozycjami przedstawionymi przez Zarząd w ogłoszeniu o zwołaniu Zwyczajnego Walnego Zgromadzenia. Wszystkie uchwały zapadły następującą ilością głosów: Za: 9.390.000 głosów, tj. 100% głosów reprezentowanych na ZWZ Przeciwko uchwałom oddano: 0 głosów, tj. 0% głosów reprezentowanych na ZWZ Wstrzymało się: 0 głosów, tj. 0% głosów reprezentowanych na ZWZ Nie głosowało: 0 głosów, tj. 0 % głosów reprezentowanych na ZWZ Na Zwyczajnym Walnym Zgromadzeniu w dniu 7 września 2020 roku obecni byli następujący akcjonariusze: AP ENERGOBAU OÜ posiadający 4.290.000 akcji, stanowiących 23,70 % głosów na ZWZ, Alexey Petrov posiadający 2.788.000 akcji, stanowiących 15,40 % głosów na ZWZ oraz DKW Polska OÜ posiadający 2.312.000 akcji, stanowiących 12,77% głosów na ZWZ. Na ZWZ obecni byli akcjonariusze reprezentujący 51,88 % kapitału zakładowego. Information on the convening of the Annual General Meeting was published on the issuer's website and in the current reports number 24/2020 and 25/2020 of 13 August 2020. During the Annual General Meeting held on 7 September 2020, all resolutions were adopted in accordance with the proposals made by the Management Board in the notice convening the Annual General Meeting. All resolutions were passed by the following votes: In favor: 9'390'000 votes, i.e. 100% of the votes represented at the AGM Against: 0 votes, i.e. 0% of the votes represented at the AGM Abstained: 0 votes, i.e. 0% of the votes represented at the AGM Not voted: 0 votes, i.e. 0% of the votes represented at the AGM At the Annual General Meeting held on 7 September 2020 the following shareholders were present: AP ENERGOBAU OÜ, seated in Tallinn, holding a 4'290'000 of shares, representing 23.70 % of the votes at the AGM, Alexey Petrov holding a 2'788'000 of shares, representing 15.40 % of the votes at the AGM and DKW Polska OÜ holding 2'312'000 shares, representing 12.77% of the votes at the AGM.
