| [English version below Polish] Zarząd Resbud SE z siedzibą w Tallinie informuje o zmianie terminu przekazania raportu półrocznego za 2019 rok. Równocześnie Zarząd wskazuje nowy termin przekazania raportu półrocznego za 2019 rok na dzień 30 września 2019 roku. Tym samym pierwotne terminy przekazania raportów okresowych, wskazane przez Zarząd w raporcie bieżącym numer 3/2019 z dnia 28 stycznia 2019 roku, ulegają zmianie. Powodem zmiany terminu są trwające prace nad ukończeniem raportu półrocznego. Zgodnie z regulacjami zawartymi w § 18411 (1) estońskiej ustawa o rynku papierów wartościowych, termin na przekazanie raportu półrocznego wynosi trzy miesiące licząc od zakończenia okresu sprawozdawczego. Nowy termin przekazania raportu półrocznego tj. 30 września 2019 roku jest dopuszczalny przez powyższą regulację. [English version] The Management Board of Resbud SE, seated in Tallinn, informs the date of the publication of the half - year report for 2019 year has been changed. At the same time, the Management Board shall set the new date of publication for half – yearly report to 30 September 2019. Thus, the original planned dates for the publication of the periodic reports indicated by the Management Board in the current report number 3/2019 of 28 January 2019 are amended. The reason for changing the date is the ongoing work on completing the half – yearly report. According to the regulations contained in § 184 of the11th (1) Estonian Securities Market Act, the date for the publication of the half-yearly report is three months, counting from the end of the reporting period. New date for the publication of the half – yearly report set on 30 September 2019 is allowed by the above regulation. | ||||||||||||
