| W nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 20/2021 w sprawie informacji nt. kluczowych kierunków rozwoju Emitenta, Zarząd QuarticOn S.A. [“Spółka”, „Emitent”] niniejszym dokonuje uzupełnia treści przekazanych ww. raportem bieżącym. Emitent informuje, że zgodnie z informacjami przekazanymi ww. raportem bieżącym przyjęta przez Spółkę wizja rozwoju Emitenta w perspektywie do 2024 roku przewiduje rozwój Spółki oparty na dwóch segmentach biznesowych: Customer Data & Experience Platform [CDXP] oraz AI Asystent Sprzedaży Mody. AI Asystent Sprzedaży Mody to innowacyjne rozwiązanie dla rynku modowego, które będzie współfinansowane grantem z funduszów unijnych, a projekt ma być zrealizowany do trzeciego kwartału 2023 roku. Z kolei CDXP to kompleksowa oferta i usługi dla e-commerce, które są świadczone przez Spółkę od wielu lat, natomiast w najbliższych tygodniach zostanie znacznie poszerzona ofertą związaną z marketing automation i wsparciem kanałów w social mediach. W uzupełnieniu informacji zamieszczonych w ww. raporcie bieżącym Spółka informuje, że pilotażową [testową] sprzedaż nowej, kompleksowej oferty, która został przeprowadzona w ostatnich pięciu tygodniach, przyniosła Spółce zauważalne korzyści. Emitent zakontraktował 25 umów, o łącznej wartości ok 470 tys. zł w skali roku. Jednocześnie Zarząd Spółki spodziewa się, że wraz z rozwojem segmentu biznesowego CDXP Emitent zwiększy dynamikę pozyskiwania nowych umów/abonamentów w kolejnych miesiącach. Warunki realizacji ww. umów, w tym w zakresie możliwości odstąpienia od nich czy naruszenia ich warunków, nie odbiegają od warunków powszechnie stosowanych dla tego typu umów. W ocenie Spółki ww. kontrakty będą mieć wpływ na dalsze polepszenie wyników Spółki w najbliższych miesiącach. W pozostałym zakresie treść informacji przekazanych raportem bieżącym nr 20/2021 nie ulega zmianie. | ||||||||||||

Supplementing the information provided in the current report No. 20/2021 in the scope of concluded commercial contracts Content: With reference to the current report No. 20/2021 on information on the key directions of the Issuer's development, the Management Board of QuarticOn S.A. ["Company", "Issuer"] hereby supplements the content provided above current report. The Issuer informs that according to the information provided above report, the current vision of the Issuer's development by 2024 provides for the Company's development based on two business segments: Customer Data & Experience Platform [CDXP] and AI Asystent Sprzedaż Mody. The Fashion Sales Assistant is an innovative solution for the fashion market, which will be co-financed by a grant from EU funds, and the project is to be implemented by the third quarter of 2023. In turn, CDXP is a comprehensive offer and services for e-commerce that have been provided by the Company for many years, while in the coming weeks it will be significantly expanded with the offer related to marketing automation and support for social media channels. In addition to the information contained in the above-mentioned In the current report, the Company informs that the pilot [test] sale of a new, comprehensive offer, which was carried out in the last five weeks, has brought visible benefits to the Company. The Issuer signed 25 contracts with a total value of approx. EUR 100 thousand zloty on an annual basis. At the same time, the Management Board of the Company expects that along with the development of the CDXP business segment, the Issuer will increase the dynamics of obtaining new contracts / subscriptions in the coming months. The conditions for the implementation of the above-mentioned contracts, including the possibility of withdrawing from them or violating their terms, do not differ from the terms commonly used for this type of contract. In the opinion of the Company, the above-mentioned the contracts will have an impact on further improvement of the Company's results in the coming months. In the remaining scope, the content of the information provided in the current report No. 20/2021 remains unchanged. | |||
