(“Plaza” or the “Company”) announced today, further to its announcement dated February 11, 2019, regarding the non-binding Letter of Intent ("LOI") with AFI Europe N.V. for the sale of its entire indirect shareholdings (75%) in the Casa Radio Project (the "Project"), that the parties have agreed to extend the time period for executing the Pre-Sale agreement for the sale of the Project until no later than July 5, 2019. All other provisions under the LOI remain unchanged. As of the date hereof, there can be no certainty that either the Pre-Sale Agreement, nor a definitive Agreement will be executed and/or that the transaction closing will occur.
