| Działając zgodnie z § 80 ust. 1 rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych […] (Rozporządzenie) Zarząd KRUK S.A. (Spółka, Emitent) podaje do publicznej wiadomości daty przekazywania raportów okresowych KRUK S.A. w roku obrotowym 2019: - Jednostkowy raport roczny oraz skonsolidowany raport roczny za 2018 rok zostanie opublikowany 7 marca 2019 roku, - Skonsolidowany raport za I kwartał 2019 rok zostanie opublikowany 25 kwietnia 2019 roku, - Skonsolidowany raport za I półrocze 2019 roku zostanie opublikowany 5 września 2019 roku. - Skonsolidowany raport za III kwartał 2019 roku zostanie opublikowany 24 października 2019 roku. Jednocześnie Emitent informuje, iż w roku 2019 kontynuować będzie przekazywanie skonsolidowanych raportów kwartalnych zawierających kwartalną informację finansową, o których mowa w § 62. ust. 1 Rozporządzenia oraz skonsolidowanego raportu półrocznego zawierającego skrócone półroczne sprawozdanie finansowe, o którym mowa w § 62 ust. 3 Rozporządzenia, w miejsce publikacji odrębnych jednostkowych i skonsolidowanych raportów odpowiednio kwartalnych i półrocznych. Spółka informuje ponadto, że zgodnie z § 79 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia nie będzie publikowała skonsolidowanego raportu kwartalnego za II oraz IV kwartał 2019 roku. | ||||||||||||

Current Report No. 2/2019 Date of the report: January 11th 2019 Subject: Dates of publication of interim reports in 2019 Legal basis: Art. 56.1.2 of the Public Offering Act – Current and periodic information Text of the report: Acting pursuant to Par. 80.1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29th 2018 on current and periodic information (the “Regulation”), the Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”) announces the release dates for the Company’s full-year and interim reports to be published in the financial year 2019: – Separate and consolidated full-year reports for 2018 will be published on March 7th 2019, – Consolidated Q1 2019 report will be published on April 25th 2019, – Consolidated H1 2019 report will be published on September 5th 2019, and – Consolidated Q3 2019 report will be published on October 24th 2019. The Company further announces that in 2019 it will continue to publish consolidated quarterly reports containing quarterly financial information referred to in Par. 62.1 of the Regulation and a consolidated half-year report containing condensed half-year financial statements referred to in Par. 62.3 of the Resolution instead of separately publishing quarterly and half-year consolidated and separate reports. The Company also announces that pursuant to Par. 79.2 of the Regulation, it will not publish consolidated quarterly reports for Q2 and Q4 2019. | |||
