| Zarząd Kredyt Inkaso S.A. informuje, że na Zwyczajnym Walnym Zgromadzeniu w dniu l lipca 2010 r. następujący akcjonariusze wykonywali prawo głosu z akcji reprezentujących ponad 5 % głosów na ZWZ: Pani Monika Chadaj reprezentowała 403.605 akcji i tyle samo głosów z akcji, co stanowi 10,96% ogólnej liczby głosów na tym zgromadzeniu oraz 7,35% w ogólnej liczbie głosów; Pan Artur Górnik reprezentował 243.000 akcji i tyle samo głosów z akcji, co stanowi 6,60% ogólnej liczby głosów na tym zgromadzeniu oraz 4,42% w ogólnej liczbie głosów; KI Sp. z o.o. | The Management Board of Kredyt Inkaso S.A. informs that at the Ordinary General Assembly on i July 2010, the following shareholders exercised voting rights attached to shares representing over 5 % of votes at the Ordinary General Assembly: Ms. Monika Chadaj represented 403,605 shares and the same number ofvotes attached to shares, which constitutes 10.96% of the total number of votes at this assembly and 7.35% in the total number of votes; Mr. Artur Górnik represented 243,000 shares and the same number of votes ttached to shares, which constitutes 6.60% of the total number of votes at this assembly and 4.42% in the total number of votes; - KI Sp. z o.o. (formerly Kredyt Inkaso Sp. z o.o.) represented 237,000 shares and the same number of votes attached to shares, which constitutes 6.34% of the total number of votes at this assembly and 4.31% in the total number of votes. Mr. Sławomir Ćwik represented 300,000 shares and the same number of otes attached to shares, which constitutes 8.14% of the total number of votes at this assembly and 5.46% of the total number of votes. PEKAO OTWARTY FUNDUSZ EMERYTALNY represented 230,000 shares and the same umber of votes attached to shares, which constitutes 6.24% of the otal number of votes at this assembly and 4.19% of the total number of votes.
