| ENEFI Asset Management Plc. (The “Company”) informs its Dear Investors about the following based on the notification of the Romanian operation: In the lawsuit initiated by E-Star Mures Energy SA for the default interests calculated on the amounts judged as compensation for damages due to the breach of the concession agreement, the Târgu Mures County Court of Commerce clarified/completed its first instance decision made on 5 July as follows upon request from the parties: - The request of E-Star Mures Energy SA was approved so the default interests shall be calculated and paid to Mures until the complete payment of the main debts; - The request of the Municipality was approved so the amount of RON 20,000 was approved for the Municipality as lawyers’ fee and Mures was obliged to pay this amount. E-Star Mures Energy SA still maintains its appeal filed for the first instance decision in which it demands as it had been requested in the basic action: - upgrading the amounts already judged in the lawsuit for the compensation for damages by the rate of inflation demanded by Mures for the period between the date of making the final decision until the payment thereof. - calculation of default interests from 10/05/2013 as opposed to the judgement made in the basic decision, where the court of justice only judged the default interests for the period of three years before the action was filed. | |||||||||||
