| Zarząd ENEA S.A. (Emitent) informuje, iż w dniu 16 stycznia 2009 r. Emitent powziął informację o zatwierdzeniu przez Prezesa URE taryfy dla usług dystrybucji energii elektrycznej dla ENEA Operator Sp. z o.o. (podmiot zależny od Emitenta) na 2009 rok. Zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami nowe taryfy mogą wejść w życie, nie wcześniej niż 14 dni po ich publikacji w biuletynie branżowym Prezesa URE. Subject: Approval by the President of the URE (the Energy Regulatory Authority) of the tariff for electrical energy distribution services for ENEA Operator Sp. z o.o. for 2009 Legal basis: Article 56 par. 1 pt. 1 of the Act on Offerings – inside information Content of the report: The Management Board of ENEA S.A. (the Issuer) announces that on 16 January 2009 the Issuer was informed of the President of the URE’s (Energy Regulatory Authority) approval of the tariff for electrical energy distribution services for ENEA Operator Sp. z o.o. (a subsidiary of the Issuer) for 2009. In accordance with the binding regulations, the new tariffs can enter into force no earlier than 14 days after their publication in the industry sector bulletin of the President of the URE. Decisions concerning the approval of new tariffs are published in the industry sector bulletin of the President of the URE placed on the website of the URE at www.ure.gov.pl | |||
