| Zarząd ENEA S.A. (Emitent) informuje, że w dniu 24 stycznia 2011 r. otrzymał w trybie art. 160 ust. 1 ustawy z dnia 29 lipca 2005 roku o obrocie instrumentami finansowymi zawiadomienie od Członka Rady Nadzorczej Emitenta. Zgodnie z treścią zawiadomienia ww. Członek Rady Nadzorczej Emitenta w dniu 18 października 2010 r. na podstawie umowy cywilnoprawnej nabył nieodpłatnie od Skarbu Państwa 4.140 akcji ENEA S.A. Osoba dokonująca zawiadomienia nie wyraziła zgody na przekazanie do publicznej wiadomości danych określonych w § 2 ust. 1 pkt 1 rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 15 listopada 2005 r. w sprawie przekazywania i udostępniania informacji o niektórych transakcjach instrumentami finansowymi oraz zasad sporządzania i prowadzenia listy osób posiadających dostęp do określonych informacji poufnych. | ||||||||||||

Subject: Information obtained under the procedure of Article 160 par. 1 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments Legal basis: Article 160 par. 4 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments – information on transactions of persons having access to inside information Content of report: The Management Board of ENEA S.A. (the Issuer) announces that on 24 January 2011 it received, in accordance with the procedure set out in Article 160 par. 1 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments of 29 July 2005, a notification from a Member of the Issuer’s Supervisory Board. According to the notification, that Member of the Issuer’s Supervisory Board gratuitously acquired 4,140 ENEA S.A. shares from the State Treasury on 18 October 2010, on the basis of a civil law agreement. The notifying person did not consent to publishing the data specified in Clause 2 par. 1 pt. 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 15 November 2005 on transferring and making available information about certain transactions involving financial instruments and on the principles of drawing up and maintaining a list of persons having access to specific inside information. | |||
