| Działając na podstawie paragrafu § 5 ust 1 pkt 22 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 19 lutego 2009 roku w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych […], Zarząd ENEA S.A. informuje, że w dniu 27 czerwca 2009 r. Rada Nadzorcza ENEA S.A podjęła uchwałę w przedmiocie powołania Pana Tomasza Treidera w skład Zarządu Spółki VI kadencji. Panu Tomaszowi Treiderowi powierzono z dniem 1 sierpnia 2009 r. pełnienie funkcji Członka Zarządu ds. Handlowych. Pan Tomasz Treider posiada wykształcenie wyższe, ukończył Politechnikę Gdańską Wydział Elektroniki, Politechnikę Warszawską / Business School – Executive MBA. Mr Treider was appointed to the position of Member of the Management Board for Commercial Affairs, effective from 1 August 2009. Mr Treider has higher education and graduated from the Faculty of Electronics of Gdańsk University of Technology and Warsaw University of Technology / Business School – Executive MBA.
