| W związku z § 87 oraz § 100 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 19 października 2005 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych ("Rozporządzenie") Rada Dyrektorów spółki Astarta Holding N.V.("Spółka") informuje o zamiarze stałego przekazywania w 2007 r. skonsolidowanych raportów kwartalnych zawierających skrócone kwartalne sprawozdanie finansowe, o którym mowa w § 87 ust.1 Rozporządzenia, a także przekazania skonsolidowanego raportu półrocznego za I półrocze 2007 r. zawierającego skrócone półroczne sprawozdanie finansowe, o którym mowa w § 87 ust. 4 Rozporządzenia. Spółka niniejszym podaje do wiadomości daty publikacji raportów okresowych w 2007 r.: I. Skonsolidowane raporty kwartalne: za IV kwartał 2006 r. – 1 marca 2007 r.; za I kwartał 2007 r. – 15 maja 2007 r.; za II kwartał 2007 r. – 14 sierpnia 2007 r.; za III kwartał 2007 r. – 14 listopada 2007 r. II. Skonsolidowany raport za I półrocze 2007 r. - 28 września 2007 r. III. Raport roczny za 2006 r.: Jednostkowy raport roczny Spółki – 31 maja 2007 r.; Skonsolidowany raport roczny – 31 maja 2007 r. | ||||||||||||

| Current report no. 1/2007 Date: January 24, 2007 Dates for filing periodical reports in 2007 In relation to § 87 and § 100 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated 19 October 2005 on the Current and Periodical Information to be Provided by Issuers of Securities (the "Ordinance"), the Board of Directors of Astarta Holding N.V. (the "Company") notifies the intention to provide in 2007, on a continuous basis, consolidated quarterly reports containing abbreviated quarterly financial statements referred to in § 87.1 of the Ordinance and consolidated semi-annual report containing abbreviated semi-annual financial statements referred to in § 87.4 of the Ordinance. The Company hereby communicates the dates of publication of the periodical reports in 2007: I. Consolidated quarterly report: For the 4th quarter of 2006 - March 01, 2007; For the 1st quarter of 2007 - May 15, 2007; For the 2nd quarter of 2007 - August 14, 2007; For the 3rd quarter of 2007 - November 14, 2007. II. Consolidated semi-annual report: For the 1st half of 2007 - September 28, 2007. III. Annual report for 2006: Annual report of the parent company - May 31, 2007; Consolidated annual report - May 31, 2007.
