| Zarząd Arctic Paper S.A. („Spółka”, „Emitent”) informuje, iż w toku prac nad półrocznym jednostkowym sprawozdaniem finansowym Emitenta za pierwsze półrocze 2017 oraz w wyniku wskazań biegłego rewidenta, podjął decyzję o skorygowaniu zatwierdzonych danych finansowych za I półrocze 2016 roku i rok 2016. Uzgodnione z audytorem korekty wynikają z przyjęcia do stosowania wskazanego przez audytora sposobu kalkulacji odpisów na utratę wartości aktywów Arctic Paper Investment AB (spółka posiadająca 100% udziałów w Arctic Paper Grycksbo AB, „APG”), i dotyczą skorygowania wartości odzyskiwalnej jaka jest wynikiem testu, o wartość zobowiązań finansowych. Skorygowane dane finansowe Spółki dotyczą następujących sprawozdań i okresów: • w raporcie rocznym za 2016 roku, w sprawozdaniu finansowym - korekta bilansu otwarcia na dzień 1 stycznia 2016 – dotyczy zwiększenia odpisu aktualizującego wartość inwestycji o kwotę 61.136 tys. PLN; • w raporcie za I półrocze 2016 roku, w śródrocznym skróconym jednostkowym sprawozdaniu finansowym - korekta rachunku zysków i strat za pierwsze półrocze 2016 roku - dotyczy zwiększenia odpisu aktualizującego wartość inwestycji o kwotę 26.637 tys. PLN; • w raporcie rocznym za 2016 rok, w sprawozdaniu finansowym - korekta rachunku zysków i strat za 2016 roku - dotyczy zmniejszenia odpisu aktualizującego wartość inwestycji o kwotę 128 tys. PLN (odpis aktualizujący wartość inwestycji został w drugim półroczu 2016 roku zmniejszony o kwotę 26.765 tys. PLN, co w połączeniu z wyżej wymienioną korektą pierwszego półrocza 2016 roku daje korektę netto roku 2016 w wysokości 128 tys. PLN). Skorygowane dane finansowe Spółki za powyższe okresy zaprezentowane są w załączniku do niniejszego raportu. Jednocześnie Emitent informuje, iż powyższe zmiany nie spowodują zmian w skonsolidowanym sprawozdaniu finansowym Grupy Arctic Paper S.A. za ww. okresy sprawozdawcze. Podstawa prawna przekazania raportu: §6 ust. 4 i 5 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim. | |||||||||||

Dated: 23 August 2017 Subject: Adjustment of the financial data for H1 2016 and for 2016
Legal basis:
Article 56, clause 1, item 2 – current and periodic disclosure
Content: The Management Board of Arctic Paper S.A. (the "Company", the “Issuer”) informs herewith that in reference to the ongoing review of the standalone H1 financial statements for 2017 and as a result of its review by the auditor, a decision was taken regarding an adjustment to the approved financial data for H1 2016 and for 2016. The adjustments that were agreed with the auditor result from acceptance of the method of calculation of the impairment charges to the investment in Arctic Paper Investment AB (holding 100% of shares in Arctic Paper Grycksbo AB, “APG”) indicated by the auditor, and refer to the adjustments to the calculation of the recoverable amount resulting from the impairment test by the amount of the financial liabilities. The adjusted financial data of the Company regards the following financial statements and periods: In the 2016 annual report, in the financial statements – adjustment of the opening balance as at 1 January 2016 – regards an increase of the impairment charge to the investment by PLN 61,136 thousand; In the H1 2016 report, in the interim standalone financial statements – adjustment to the income statement H1 2016 – regards an increase of the impairment charge to the investment by PLN 26,637 thousand; In the 2016 annual report, in the financial statements – adjustment to the income statement for 2016 - regards a decrease of the impairment charge to the investment by PLN 128 thousand (the impairment charge was decreased by PLN 26,765 thousand in the second half of 2016 which in connection with the abovementioned adjustment to H1 2016 results in a total net adjustment for 2016 of PLN 128 thousand).
The adjusted financial data for the above periods attached hereto. At the same time, the Issuer informs that the consolidated financial statements of the Arctic Paper S.A. Group will remain unaffected by the above changes.
