Ludna 2, Polska; 1 600 000 głosów, tj. 25,01% głosów na tym walnym zgromadzeniu oraz 11,28% ogólnej liczby głosów. 2) International Restaurant Investments LLC (IRI) z siedzibą: Indiana, 7100 West Jefferson Boulevard, USA; 1 180 320 głosów, tj. 18,45% głosów na tym walnym zgromadzeniu oraz 8,32% ogólnej liczby głosów. 3) Commercial Union OFE BPH CU WBK, z siedzibą w Warszawie, 00-838, ul.
