| Zarząd AmRest Holdings N.V. ("AmRest") informuje, że w dniu 17 kwietnia 2008 roku zo-stała podpisana Umowa Dystrybucyjna pomiędzy American Restaurants Kft. ("AmRest Węgry") i Lekkerland Export-Import Kft. ("Dystrybutor"). Przedmiotem Umowy jest świadczenie usług dystrybucyjnych przez Dystrybutora na rzecz restauracji prowadzonych przez AmRest Węgry. Dostarczane produkty i składniki muszą spełniać surowe standardy AmRest oraz Yum! i pochodzą od autoryzowanych, sprawdzonych dostawców. Zgodnie z Umową w zamian za świadczone usługi Dystrybutorowi przysługuje opłata naliczana jako procent wartości dostarczanych towarów. Umowa została zawarta na okres 3 lat z możliwością jej przedłużenia. Kryterium uznania Umowy Dystrybucyjnej za znaczącą stanowi szacowana w tym okresie wartość dostaw objętych Umową, która przekracza 10% wartości kapitałów własnych AmRest. | ||||||||||||

| Regulatory Announcement 23/2008 dated 18th April 2008; Significant agreement – Lekkerland; The Management Board of AmRest Holdings N.V. (“AmRest") informs than on 17 April 2008 American Restaurants Kft. (“AmRest Hungary") and Lekkerland Export-Import Kft (“Distributor") signed the Distribution Agreement. ; The Agreement is concerning distribution services provided by Distributor to the restaurants operated by AmRest Hungary. The products and ingridients delivered to restaurants come from authorised suppliers and are in line with stringent standards of AmRest and Yum!. Pursuant to the Agreement the fee paid to the Distributor, in lieu of provided servises, depends on the value of goods delivered.; The Agreement was signed for the period of 3 years with an option to prolong it for another period. The Distribution Agreement was defined as significant agreement since the estimated value of goods, to be delivered in this period, exceeds the level of 10% of AmRest equity.
