| Zarząd AmRest Holdings SE ("AmRest") informuje wstępnie, że przychody ze sprzedaży Grupy AmRest osiągnięte w IV kwartale roku 2009 wyniosły PLN 486,4 mln, na równi z analogicznym okresem roku 2008. W IV kwartale roku 2008 przychody ze sprzedaży wyniosły PLN 488,0 mln. Biorąc pod uwagę powyższe, wstępne przychody ze sprzedaży Grupy AmRest w roku 2009 wyniosły PLN 2 016,2 mln i wzrosły o 41% w porównaniu do roku 2008. W roku 2008 przychody ze sprzedaży wyniosły 1 428,4 mln zł. Na kwotę sprzedaży w IV kwartale 2009 roku składa się sprzedaż wygenerowana przez restauracje AmRest operujące w Europie (PLN 338,5 mln) oraz w Stanach Zjednoczonych (PLN 147,9 mln). W całym 2009 roku sprzedaż wyniosła PLN 1 290,8 mln w Europie i PLN 725,4 mln w Stanach Zjednoczonych. Wyniki restauracji operujących w Stanach Zjednoczonych konsolidowane są w wynikach Grupy AmRest począwszy od trzeciego kwartału 2008 roku. | ||||||||||||

| RB 8/2010 dated 18 January 2010; Sales revenues in the fourth quarter of 2009; The Management Board of AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest") informs that the preliminary sales revenues generated by the AmRest Group in the fourth quarter of 2009 amounted to PLN 486.4 million, what is flat compared with the corresponding period of 2008. In the fourth quarter of 2008 the sales revenues reached PLN 488.0 million.; In view of the above the preliminary 2009 total sales revenues amounted to PLN 2 016.2 million and increased by 41% compared with 2008. In 2008 the sales revenues reached PLN 1 428.4 million. ; The 2009 fourth quarter sales amount consist of the sales generated by AmRest restaurants operating in Europe (PLN 338.5 million) and in US (PLN 147.9 million). In total 2009 the sales revenues amounted to PLN 1 290.8 million in Europe and PLN 725.4 million in US.
