| Zarząd AmRest Holdings SE ("AmRest") informuje wstępnie, że przychody ze sprzedaży Grupy AmRest osiągnięte w III kwartale roku 2009 wyniosły PLN 485,4 mln i wzrosły o 12,2% w porównaniu do analogicznego okresu w roku 2008. W III kwartale roku 2008 przychody ze sprzedaży wyniosły PLN 432,8 mln. Biorąc pod uwagę powyższe, wstępne przychody ze sprzedaży Grupy AmRest narastająco w pierwszych trzech kwartałach roku 2009 wyniosły PLN 1 529,9 mln i wzrosły o 62,7% w porównaniu do analogicznego okresu roku 2008. W pierwszych trzech kwartałach roku 2008 przychody ze sprzedaży wyniosły 940,4 mln zł. Na kwotę sprzedaży w III kwartale 2009 roku składa się sprzedaż wygenerowana przez restauracje AmRest operujące w Europie (PLN 321,3 mln) oraz w Stanach Zjednoczonych (PLN 164,2 mln). Wyniki restauracji operujących w Stanach Zjednoczonych konsolidowane są w wynikach Grupy AmRest począwszy od trzeciego kwartału 2008 roku. | ||||||||||||

| RB 38/2009 dated 13 October 2009; Sales revenues in the third quarter of 2009; The Management Board of AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest") informs that the preliminary sales revenues generated by the AmRest Group in the third quarter of 2009 amounted to PLN 485.4 million, what is the 12.2% increase compared with the corresponding period of 2008. In the third quarter of 2008 the sales revenues reached PLN 432.8 million.; In view of the above the preliminary Q3’YTD 2009 total sales revenues amounted to PLN 1 529.9 million and increased by 62.7% compared with the corresponding period of of 2008. In Q3’YTD 2008 the sales revenues reached PLN 940.4 million. ; The 2009 third quarter sales amount consist of the sales generated by AmRest restaurants operating in Europe (PLN 321.3 million) and in US (PLN 164.2 million).
