| Intercapital Property Development ADSIC, a company incorporated and conducting business in the Republic of Bulgaria, registered with the Commercial Registry by the Bulgarian Registration Agency under number EIK 131397743, having its seat and registered address in Sofia, 7a Aksakov Street, floor 4 (hereinafter referred to as "ICPD") reports that on July 7, 2010 it was granted from the Warsaw Stock Exchange the access to EBI system for transmitting current and periodical reports. Starting from August 3, 2010 onwards ICPD will publish its current and periodical reports via the EBI reporting system. Reporting will be effected according to § 17 Section 3 of the the Alternative Trading System Rules NewConnect, as ICPD financial instruments are at the same time listed on a regulated market run by the Bulgarian Stock Exchange-Sofia. The reporting will be effected in English only. |
