| Intercapital Property Development ADSIC, a company incorporated and conducting business in the Republic of Bulgaria, registered with the Commercial Registry by the Bulgarian Registration Agency under number EIK 131397743, having its seat and registered address in Sofia, 7a Aksakov Street, floor 4 (hereinafter referred to as "ICPD"), in compliance with Art.148b of the Bulgarian Law on the Public Offering of Securities informs the public about the following: <br /> On 2nd July 2014, the Company received a disclosure notification for share participation from Vizio Media EOOD, UIC 201754980, pursuant to which, Vizio Media EOOD has sold 265 000 shares of the capital of “Intercapital Property Development” ADSIC on 30th June 2014 and thus, its share participation in the capital of the Company, respectively in the voting rights that it can exercise at the General meeting of the Company’s shareholders, amounts to 3.14%.<br /> On 2nd July 2014, the Company received a disclosure notification for share participation from Mutual Fund Invest Active, UIC 175347998, pursuant to which, Mutual Fund Invest Active has acquired 32 124 shares of the capital of “Intercapital Property Development” ADSIC on 30th June 2014 and thus, its share participation in the capital of the Company, respectively in the voting rights that it can exercise at the General meeting of the Company’s shareholders, amounts to 5.447%.<br /> On 2nd July 2014, the Company received a disclosure notification for share participation from Mutual Fund Invest Classic, UIC 175347973, pursuant to which, Mutual Fund Invest Active has acquired 5 965 shares of the capital of “Intercapital Property Development” ADSIC on 1st July 2014 and thus, its share participation in the capital of the Company, respectively in the voting rights that it can exercise at the General meeting of the Company’s shareholders, amounts to 5.05%.<br /> Legal basis: § 17 Section 4 of the Alternative Trading System Rules NewConnect. |
