| Board of Directors Cereal Planet PLC informs that according § 5 p.1 and § 3 point 1 and 2 Rules of the Alternative Trading System, Warsaw Stock Exchange Supervisory Board decided to introduce to Alternative Trading System at the NewConnect market 260 000 shares of Cereal Planet PLC with nominal value 0,03 euro each, as it indicated in WSE Supervisory Board resolution #1360/2013 from 27/11/2013. Exact debut date will be additionally announced. Legal basis: §3 section 1 Exhibit No 3 (current and periodical information in the alternative Trading system on the NewConnect Market) to the Alternative Trading Rules. |
