| The Board of Agroliga Group reports that Issuer registered in Government service of intellectual property trademark \"Agroliga\". Company intends to start selling oil, milk, and milk products under own brand. In next year Agroliga are going to start test sell of milk products in Kharkov. Project of own brands is a part of strategy company for 2013 - 2015, which was published in June 2013. Legal basis: § 3 subparagraph 2 point 2 of the Exhibit 3 to the Alternative Trading System Rules \"Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect Market.\" |
