| Zarząd Aforti Holding S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie ("Emitent", “Spółka”) informuje, że w dniu 01 lutego 2018 roku zgodnie z Warunkami Emisji, które stanowiły załącznik do Uchwały nr 02/19/01/2016 z dnia 19 stycznia 2016 r., dokonał wykupu 113 szt. Obligacji serii M1 celem ich umorzenia.<br /> Podstawa prawna: § 3 ust. 1 pkt.6 Załącznika Nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu "Informacje Bieżące i Okresowe przekazywane w Alternatywnym Systemie Obrotu na rynku NewConnect". -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Buy out of the M1 series bonds The Management Board of Aforti Holding SA based in Warsaw (“the Company”, “the Issuer”) hereby announces, that on 1st February 2018, in accordance with the Conditions of Issue which comprised an annex to Resolution of the Board no 02/19/01/2016 dated on 19th January 2016, it purchased 113 of the M1 series Bonds to redemption of them. Legal basis: Article 3, Paragraph 1, Point 6) of the Exhibit 3 “Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect market” to the Alternative Trading System Rules. |
