Podstawa prawna: § 3 ust. 1 pkt 7) Załącznika Nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu "Informacje Bieżące i Okresowe przekazywane w Alternatywnym Systemie Obrotu na rynku NewConnect" -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Management Board of Aforti Holding S.A. based in Warsaw (hereinafter: "the Company", "the Issuer") hereby informs that on 15th May 2018 the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted a resolution on appointing Mr Paweł Opoka to the Management Board and entrusting him with the function of Vice President of the Management Board from the date 15th May 2018 .
