Zarząd Globe Trade Centre Spółki Akcyjnej („Spółka”) niniejszym informuje, że w dniu 28 grudnia 2021 r. zarząd Giełdy Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. („GPW”) podjął uchwałę nr 1328/2021 w sprawie dopuszczenia i wprowadzenia do obrotu giełdowego na rynku podstawowym GPW 88.700.000 (słownie: osiemdziesiąt osiem milionów siedemset tysięcy) praw do akcji zwykłych na okaziciela serii O Spółki o wartości nominalnej 0,10 (dziesięć groszy) każda, z dniem rejestracji tych praw do akcji przez Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. („KDPW”). Jednocześnie Zarząd GPW postanowił wprowadzić z dniem 30 grudnia 2021 r. do obrotu giełdowego na rynku podstawowym ww. prawa do akcji Spółki, pod warunkiem dokonania przez KDPW najpóźniej w dniu 30 grudnia 2021 r. rejestracji tych praw do akcji i oznaczenia ich kodem "PLGTC0000334". Ponadto Zarząd GPW postanowił notować prawa do akcji Spółki w systemie notowań ciągłych pod nazwą skróconą "GTC-PDA" i oznaczeniem "GTCA". Zastrzeżenia prawne: Niniejszy raport bieżący został przygotowany stosownie do wymogów art. 56 ust. 1 pkt 2 ustawy z dnia 29 lipca 2005 r. o ofercie publicznej i warunkach wprowadzania instrumentów finansowych do zorganizowanego systemu obrotu oraz o spółkach publicznych („Ustawa o Ofercie Publicznej”). Niniejszy raport bieżący ma charakter wyłącznie informacyjny, stanowi realizację obowiązków informacyjnych, jakim podlega Globe Trade Centre S.A. jako spółka publiczna, której akcje są dopuszczone i wprowadzone do obrotu na rynku regulowanym prowadzonym przez Giełdę Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. i w żadnym wypadku nie stanowi (i) oferty ani nie jest udostępniany w celu promowania bezpośrednio lub pośrednio nabycia lub objęcia papierów wartościowych spółki Globe Trade Centre S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie albo zachęcania, bezpośrednio lub pośrednio, do ich nabycia lub objęcia ani (ii) reklamy czy materiału promocyjnego przygotowanego lub publikowanego przez Spółkę dla potrzeb promocji papierów wartościowych spółki Globe Trade Centre S.A., ich subskrypcji, zakupu lub oferty, ani w celu zachęcenia inwestorów, bezpośrednio czy pośrednio, do nabycia lub objęcia takich papierów wartościowych. The management board of Globe Trade Centre Spółka Akcyjna (the “Company”) announces that on 28 December 2021 the management board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A.) (the “WSE”) adopted resolution No. 1328/2021 regarding the admission and introduction to trading on the main market of 88,700,000 (eighty-eight million, seven hundred thousand) rights to the series O ordinary bearer shares in the Company (prawa do akcji), each with a nominal value of PLN 0.10 (ten groszy) (the “Rights to Shares”), with the moment of the registration of such rights to shares by the National Depositary for Securities (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A., the “NDS”). Simultaneously, the management board of WSE decided to introduce to exchange trading on the main market of the above-mentioned rights to Company's shares, provided that the NDS registers these rights to shares on 30 December 2021 at the latest and identifies them with a code “PLGTC0000334”. Moreover, the management board of WSE decided to list the rights to the Company's shares in the continuous trading system under the abbreviated name "GTC-PDA" and the designation "GTCA".
