Legal basis: Art. 56(1)(2) of the Act on public offering and conditions for introducing financial instruments into organized trading system and on public companies (Dz.U. of 2009, No. 185, item 1439, as amended) § 38 section 1 item 7 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009, on current and periodic information submitted by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by laws of non-member state.
