| POLISH VERSION:<br /> Zarząd QuarticOn S.A. (“Spółka”) przekazuje w załączeniu treść uchwał podjętych przez Zwyczajne Walne Zgromadzenie QuarticOn S.A. w dniu 27 czerwca 2019 roku. Jednocześnie Spółka informuje, że Zwyczajne Walne Zgromadzenie QuarticOn S.A. nie odstąpiło od rozpatrzenia któregokolwiek z punktów planowanego porządku obrad, a Akcjonariusze nie zgłosili sprzeciwów do podjętych uchwał. Podstawa prawna: § 4 ust. 2 pkt 7-9 Załącznika nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu „Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect”. ENGLISH VERSION: The Management Board of QuarticOn S.A. (“Company”) hereby attaches in Polish version the contents of the resolutions adopted by the Annual General Meeting of QuarticOn S.A. held on 27 June 2019. At the same time, the Company informs that the Annual General Meeting of QuarticOn S.A. did not waive consideration of any points on the planned agenda and the Shareholders didn’t submit objections any resolutions. The Company informs that English version of the contents of the resolutions adopted by the Annual General Meeting of QuarticOn S.A. held on 27 June 2019 will be disclosed on the Company's website as soon as the translation will be completed. Legal ground: § 4 sub-paragraph 2 point 7-9 of the Exhibit 3 to the Alternative Trading System Rules „Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect Market”. |
