| Management Board of Work Service S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław ("Issuer" or "Company") - in addition to the current report No. 24/2021 of May 18, 2021, regarding the announcement of the convening of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company on June 15, 2021 - encloses the content of two documents relating to matters on the agenda of the General Meeting, i.e. respectively: • Report of the Supervisory Board of Work Service S.A. - regarding item 12 of the agenda as follows: ‘Adoption of the resolution on approval of the report of the Supervisory Board for 2020.’; • Report of the Supervisory Board on the remuneration of the members of the Management Board and the Supervisory Board - regarding item 13 of the agenda as follows: ‘Adoption of the resolution on giving opinion on the Supervisory Board’s report on the remuneration of members of the Management Board and the Supervisory Board.’.
