| The Management Board of Work Service S.A. („Issuer”) informs that on 7 June 2017 received information from the shareholder – WorkSource Investments S.a.r.l. – acting according to § 12 sec. 4 of the Articles of Association of Work Service S.A. about the appointment: 1. Mr Pierre Mellinger for a member of Supervisory Board of Work Service S.A. 2. Mr John Leone for a member of Supervisory Board of Work Service S.A. In fulfilment of the information obligations arising from § 28 of the Ordinance of the Finance Minister of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information (...) the Issuer announces the following: Mr. Pierre Mellinger – Member of the Supervisory Board Professional experience: 1. 1998 – up-to-date PineBridge Investments (former AIG Investments), Managing Director fully in charge of operations of the fund in private equity sector in Central and Eastern Europe, 2. 1992 – 1998 EBRD, Financial Institutions Director, 3. 1990 - 1992 Banque Sovac, Deputy General Director of a mortgage bank 4. 1988 – 1992 Banque Sovac, Chief Director on business development 5. 1979 –1988 Ministry of Finance of the Republic of France – Senior Public Officer. Education In 1972–1975, Mr Pierre Mellinger studied economy on the Paris University, and in 1973–1975 he studied law on Sorbonne University in Paris. Moreover, in 1974 he graduated from Institut d’Etudes Politiques in Paris, and in 1979 he graduated from Ecole Nationale d’Administration in Paris. Mr Pierre Mellinger declares that he does not know any circumstances that his appointment as a member of the Supervisory Board of Work Service S.A. would violate the law or the Company's Articles of Association. In particular, Mr Pierre Mellinger: 1. has full legal capacity; 2. has not been penalized for the offences referred to in the provisions of Chapters XXXIII - XXXVII of the Penal Code and Articles 585, 587, 590, 591 of the Commercial Companies Code; 3. is not involved in activities competitive to the Company as well as he does not participate in a competing company as partner of a civil law partnership or a partnership or as a member of a competitive body of a capital company or member of the governing body of any competitive legal person; 4. s not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the provisions of the Act of 20th August 1997 of the National Court Register (consolidated text: Dz.U. of 2007, No. 168 item 1186, as amended). 5. does not perform the function or hold the position as referred to in Article 1 and Article 2 of the Act of 21st August 1997 on the reduction of economic activity by the people who perform public functions; 6. has no associations with the company shareholders owning shares that represent not less than 5 % of votes at the general meeting of the Company. 7. do not comply with criteria of independence referred to in "Good Practices of companies listed on “GPW” Warsaw Stock Exchange 2016 Mr. John Leone – Member of the Supervisory Board Mr John Leone is a graduate of State University of New York Binghamton (1991 – 1995) and The George Washington University Law School (1995 – 1998). During his career, Mr John Leone worked i.a. with Kirkland & Ellis LLP, PineBridge Investments Partners LLC and ForeVest Capital Partners, Inc.. Mr John Leone declares that he does not know any circumstances that his appointment as a member of the Supervisory Board of Work Service S.A. would violate the law or the Company's Articles of Association.
