Zarząd QUARTICON S.A. (“Spółka”) informuje, że w dniu 22 stycznia 2024 r. do Spółki wpłynęła rezygnacja Pana Pawła Chojeckiego z pełnienia funkcji Członka Rady Nadzorczej Spółki ze skutkiem na koniec dnia 22 stycznia 2024 r. Zgodnie z otrzymaną informacją powodem złożenia rezygnacji
są względy zdrowotne.
Podstawa prawna: § 3 ust. 1 pkt 7) Załącznika Nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu "Informacje bieżące i okresowe w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect".

(“Company”) informs that on 22 January 2024, the Company received the resignation of Mr Paweł Chojecki from the position of Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company with effect at the end of January 22, 2024. According to the received information, the reason for the resignation was there are health reasons.
Legal ground: § 3 sub-paragraph 1 point 7) of the Exhibit 3 to the Alternative Trading System Rules „Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect Market”.
