| The Management Board of Work Service S.A. ("Issuer", "Company") informs that today, i.e. December 23, 2020, it received from the proxy of the shareholder Investment Mizyak Corp Sp. z o.o. SKA with its seat in Wrocław ("Shareholder") an e-mail message with an attachment to which was a letter of the Shareholder's proxy, containing a printout from the Information Portal of Common Courts - Wrocław Appeal, the content of which indicates that the District Court in Wrocław (Sąd Okręgowy we Wrocławiu), as a result of a lawsuit of the Shareholder for annulment or revocation of the resolutions of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company of November 27, 2020 ("General Meeting"), issued a decision securing the claims of the Shareholder by suspending the enforceability of resolutions no. 3 and no. 7 of the General Meeting, and by suspending the proceedings for entry into the National Court Register of changes on the basis of the above-mentioned resolutions, and proceedings, the subject of which is the filing of the consolidated text of the Company's Articles of Association - until the judgment in the case becomes final (“Decision”). The Decision is not signed or stamped by the court. The Issuer's Management Board also informs that to date, the Company has not received any correspondence from the District Court in Wrocław (Sąd Okręgowy we Wrocławiu) in the case notified to the Company by the Shareholder. Regardless of this, the Company does not see any grounds for questioning the correctness of adopting the resolutions of the General Meeting, considering the Shareholder's claims as groundless, and therefore intends to oppose the Shareholder's claims by taking appropriate procedural steps in any court proceedings initiated in this matter. The current report containing an appropriate supplement to the above information will be made public by the Issuer immediately after analyzing the case documentation, which will take place after the Issuer has read the content of the lawsuit and the Decision. As a result of the analysis carried out, the Issuer assumed that qualification of the above-mentioned information as confidential within the meaning of Art. 17 sec. 1 MAR, subject to publication in the form of this report, is justified.
