| The Management Board of Work Service S.A. (The "Issuer") hereby informs about the dissolution on this day of the Issuer's subsidiary - Work Service Acquisitions Ltd. with its registered office in London, United Kingdom, registration number of entrepreneurs - 06419129 (the "Subsidiary"). The Issuer held 100% of the share capital of the Subsidiary. Liquidation of the Subsidiary is associated with the implementation of the development strategy of the Issuer providing Consolidating and optimizing the use of existing resources within the Group. Due to the inactive nature of the Subsidiary Company, the Issuer has decided to terminate it. According to the result of the analysis, the Issuer decided that it is reasonable to classify the above information as confidential information under art. 17 sec. 1 MAR which is subject to publication in the form of this report.
