(“Issuer”), with reference to the current report no. 80/2017 of 23 October 2017 and the current report no. 81/2017 of 26 October 2017, informs that according to the procedure determined in the agreement on acquisition of shares in the share capital of Prohuman 2004 Kft. (“Prohuman”), with its seat in Budapest (“Agreement”), which the Issuer entered into, as the buyer, with Profólió Projekt Tanácsadó Kft. (“Seller”), with its seat in Budapest, today, sent the Seller a notification on postponement of the date of payment of the Second Completion to the date of payment of the Third Completion at the latest. | ||||||||||||
