| The Management Board of Work Service S.A. (“Company”) - in relation to current report no. 74/2017 concerning issue of Company’s bonds, carried out pursuant to a proper resolution of the Management Board no. 2 of 13 September 2017 - informs that on 3 October 2017, as a result of subscribing and paying by investors 12,000 offered ordinary bearer Y series bonds with nominal value of PLN 1,000 each and total nominal value of PLN 12,000,000.00, the Management Board of the Company allotted the bonds pursuant to resolution no. 2 of 13 September 2017, and therefore the issue of bonds has come into effect. Legal basis: Article 17 (1) MAR (Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) No 596/2014 of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (Market Abuse Regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directive 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC.
